Purpose The Database Manager is responsible for the overall administration, integrity, governance, and strategic utilization of the Blanton Museum of Art's Tessitura CRM. This position serves as the museum's primary Tessitura administrator and data steward, ensuring that constituent, membership, ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and financial data are accurate, secure, and effectively managed across the organization. Working collaboratively with departments including Marketing and Communications, Visitor and Volunteer Services, Membership, Finance and central UT, the Database Manager develops and maintains data standards, oversees system configuration, manages integrations, supports reporting and analytics, and provides training to staff. This position plays a critical role in supporting audience development, fundraising, visitor engagement, and institutional decision-making through high-quality data management and governance.
