We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in techniques utilized in molecular and systems neuroscience. The successful candidate will provide technical support to multidisciplinary research projects, including laboratory and mouse colony maintenance, and contribute to experimental studies investigating molecular and circuit-level mechanisms underlying brain function and behaviour.
You will hold a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences or Biotechnology, with a minimum of 1-year relevant postgraduate experience or equivalent to a master's/integrated degree. It is essential that you have knowledge and practical experience in vivo animal experiments, including tissue harvesting and processing, and in next-generation sequencing workflows. You must also have background knowledge of electrophysiology or neuronal subtype diversity.
