We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Functional Foods and Ingredients to contribute to cutting-edge teaching, research, and engagement across areas such as bioactive compounds and health-promoting foods, functional ingredients that enhance food quality and performance, and the translation of scientific discovery into safe, effective, and innovative food products.
You will work within a collaborative and multidisciplinary team delivering undergraduate and postgraduate Food Science and Technology programs across the St Lucia campus, with potential teaching contributions at the Gatton Campus, while advancing research that connects science, industry, and real-world application.
The successful candidate will be integral to furthering our valuable collaborations both internally and externally, including UQ's Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI).
