Our world-leading School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking a passionate Associate Lecturer or Lecturer to join its dedicated Speech Pathology teaching team. This appointment will be offered as either a Teaching-Focused or Clinical Academic role, commensurate with the successful candidate's skills, experience, and preference.
We welcome applications from qualified and experienced Speech Pathologists with interest and expertise in stuttering across the lifespan, private practice, disability and/or mental health. It also requires meaningful service and collaboration within the School and University, with capability and impact increasing from Level A to Level B.
A clinical academic appointment requires high‑quality clinical teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate Speech Pathology programs, supported by developing profiles in clinical teaching and relevant industry expertise. The role involves contributing to clinical teaching, course coordination and professional engagement, with Level B expectations including greater involvement in curriculum development, research outputs, and innovative clinical practice. It also requires meaningful service contributions and active engagement with the profession, with capability and impact increasing from Level A to Level B.
